Flat VESA 100/100 pivot mount wanted / alternative

For my arcade I am going to use a LCD screen. The screen is 8cm deep. The space in the cabinet is 10-12cm deep.
Now I am looking for a VESA mount plate that offers 90 degree pivot and preferably with something like a snap-lock in the upright and horizontal position. I only see VESA mounts that not only pivot, but include the whole tilting, shifting and swiveling, and therefore need at least 10cm extra depth of the cabinet.
Does anybody know a commercial available flat VESA pivot wallmount that is 2-4 cm deep?
Does anybody know a fluent operating easy to make DIY alternative?
