I just found this looking for quickres. It looks a little better, and the fun part is that it has a favorites mode to set your resolutions. Is this by the same guy, or is this the original / follow up. Check it out, it works good, I know that much.

If you are like me, and are testing resolutions, try multires. It allows for you to change up to 9 monitors refresh and display res.
