WTB: Cocktail 2 button control panels

Hello-

Just looking for an inexpensive pair of 2-button (with lil' 8-ways) control panels.
Im converting a MS pac  table to a 48-1, and dont want to destroy the ms pac control panels. Any help is gladly accepted.

cant believe NOBODY knows where I can get some of these.

Its a Midway original Ms Pac table.
