3/4" plywood: What size biscuits???
« on: March 23, 2008, 02:23:50 pm »
Hey guys.  Subject line says it all.  What size biscuits would I need to use if I'm using 3/4" plywood?  I'm fixing to construct the control panels for my cocktail...

#10 should be more than adequate for cocktail CP's

I can confirm #10s as well.  It's what I used on my current cabinet and they are small enough to not pop through on a 45 degree angle as well.  It is solid.

If I were going to use biscuits, which I wouldn't, they would probably be #20s. Unless you're joining narrow pieces, you might as well go for the widest biscuit you have available. Thickness should be the same regardless of the size.
