emulator for 70s electromechanical games?

I know there is Visual Pinball that does the pinball type games. Is there an emulator that plays the 70's race car or the shoot em up type games?

And also it couldn't be an emulator, but it could be a simulator as visual pinball is.  Get your terminology right. ;)
