Was out with all my "in-law" family (lot of them

) this weekend at a popular sea-side town called Renesse.
As it rained a lot today, we went out to the local arcade, and well, I guess this is as much as a proper arcade can go these days.
They had three pins. Pirates of the Caribbean (nice, but the tilt was WAY too sharp). Rollercoaster Tycoon and...................The Addams Family !!! Loved it
No classics, but a very wide selection of modern-day video games (Daytona2, F-zero, HOTD4, Let's go Jungle (which I loved

) etc. etc. etc. the obvious DDR machine, redemption machines and they of course also had the usual money-gambling area.
The overall look of the arcade was VERY nice. It was clear they were pretty serious of giving an arcade a bit better reputation, the interior was very clean, very modern and classy.
Specially worth mentioning was the "entree":
Take a look at this:

Looks familiar ? It IMMEDIATELY reminded me of this:

I really wonder if they got the inspiration of that ! Those were the Time-Out Tunnel arcades:
http://timeouttunnel.com/The lighting of the arches was constantly changing color, but slowly so it wasn't like a cheap looking x-mas tree lighting. I really liked it !
