help centipede audio/reg to pcb

can someone help me on this , I have a audio/reg 04, no 5v  at all on this board, only 36 vac and 22vdc .my question is do i need 5vdc on the audio/reg board or no and the schematic,  shows 5vdc and 12volt and 22vdc this is comming from connector j10 pin 1 3 4 9 12, the print shows a 02 reg/audio going to the main pcb,I have and 04??

If your machine should have a -02 then you should be using a -02.

Here is the compatibilty list. The -04 is for a few vector games only:

Yup, the 04 is not going to work for the Centi....

But you could add the missing parts :)
