The right file for MAME32 and screen problems

Hey guys,

Two quick questions....

1) Where can i download a updated MAME32 from..it seems that there are a lot of different files and im not sure which file to get also....
2) My current mame32 has slight problems with the screen image...im missing the scores (top) on some games and the left side of others...adjustig the screen on the actual monitor does not seem to matter.....how do i make the image correct?? help please
