Having played mostly fighters, I never rest my hand on buttons.

To throw a monkey wrench into the whole thing.  I prefer eight buttons because of the PS2 and Xbox.    4 shouldier buttons are a must!

well... if you plan to play the more recent Mortal Kombat games like UMK3 then you'll need a run button.  so the 7th button couldnt be the same as 4 because that's a punch button..

TOK:
I wired your button "G" to a separate, 7th input to be used as a thumb button for games like Defender, Smash TV and Rescue.

Smash TV doesn't need a Thumb Button.  Total Carnage does.  ;)

Ok,

then is the top row is button 123 or 456???

-----------------------
   4 5 6
   1 2 3
7
-----------------------

or

-----------------------
   1 2 3
   4 5 6
7
-----------------------

I'm wiring my ledwiz and keywiz right now and could use that info to connect in the right order right away...

Thanks.

Jay
