Joystick Parts
« on: November 05, 2007, 11:26:50 pm »
Is there a convenient place to buy individual parts for joysticks? (I.E. Balltops, Shafts, those plastic shaft end-caps things that touch the microswitches, those little "C" clamps that hold the shaft in place) I have some Joysticks that are in good shape other than they are missing parts and don't touch the microswitches (or not properly) or don't have the clamps that hold them in place.

One thing I'm looking for in particular is a square block (like a happ competition has) that goes on the end of a shaft the contacts the microswitches.

I don't know how convenient it is but I see boxes of joystick parts on Ebay all the time.

You may see if Divemaster can get you the actuator for little cost.  Not sure if Happ sells it separate but its worth a shot.  Or post a thread in B/S/T and ask if anyone has one that they will let go for shipping costs.  A lot of people will give a spare part away that they know they will not use in the future.  I'd give you one if I had a spare.
