Anyone recognize this pacman CPO?

I posted this pic in arcade misc, but figured I'd create a dedicated thread over here. Anyways, anyone recognize this CPO? I've never seen it on any pacman cabinet. Surely someone else on here knows its history.

Someone could vectorize that very easily...

Why vectorize that?  it's a generic overlay that nobody wants and is readily available in NOS form for a couple bucks

Well, it's still a part of arcade history, now isn't it?
A vectoring would be a bit overkill, unless someone really felt inclined. A high res scan would do just fine for the artwork database.

as a trial to vectorization, this one is easy and will be a good starting point to give a shout to vectorization. the only problem is that the image is to small to have something accurate.
