2005 GOLDEN TEE FORE WIRING HELP

First off i hope this is the right section to post this ? if not my bad.I have a golden tee 2005 green board and im trying to hook up a new power supply.there is 2 9 pin connectors and 1 three pin connector coming off the power supply.i know where the 3 wire connector goes to but the 2 9 pin connectors im not sure.I know there is a 9 pin connector going from the board to i believe the hard drive and i know one of the 9 pin connector off the power supply hooks up to it but im not sure which of the 2 connectors off the power supply hook up there.i dont want to hook them up backwards and fry something.i appreciate any help.thanks.

It really doesn't matter.  They are all wired the same, as long as nobody has altered them.   One 9 pin is used to power the board/hard drive assembly and one is used to power the led sign.  There was also a wiring upgrade made to these boards that powered the board through the 4 pin molex connectors on the board rather than through the edge connector.
