Any "e-Reader" collectors out there?

I'm looking for a scan of (or just the text info from) the back of the cardboard backing of Donkey Kong Jr.  I'm making DS style covers for all the NES e-reader games and I need the DK Jr. back to finish the cover for it.

Here's an example:



The yellow text, and the white text following it, is what I need from the DK Jr. back.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!
