Taking apart a Happ stick

Can anyone tell me how to remove the Happ joystick from my MAS? I am replacing it but I cant seem to get the e-clip off. I think its a competition but I was never really sure. I checked Happs site but the pictures are hard to tell.
Thanks,
John

Use a pair of needle nose pliers and a small jewelers screwdriver to get it off. Keep the pliers on it to keep from flying 10+ feet...
