xgaming joystick

Hey,

I bought some arcade controls off ebay and i got a set of xgaming joysticks, i set them up, popped on the C-clip but the joystick pole wont make contact with the microswitches! Anything i can do to rectify this?

Is there a square unit that sits at the bottom that touches the switches on yours?  it should sit on the bottom; you put it up in, then put on the c-clip.

Right on! I made this mistake when I first got in the game.
