I just got a die hard arcade cabinet and a jpac, I hooked it all up and can see my windows screen but its flying all over the place.

I am using soft15hz, which I assume is working because jpac prevents bootup unless its a safe signal.

On the back of the monitor there is a FOCUS and a SCREEN dial, one focuses and the screen dial seems to adjust brightness, Is there a control somewhere to track the picture possibly? Like an old vcr ?

Its not the screen or focus knobs you should adjust, look on the remote board for V-Hold and H-Hold and adjust those.
