EDIT:
Do you use water based or solvent (stinky) based contact cement? I keep meaning to try the water based but want to hear how it works for others first.

I used water - seems to be working fine. Only a little stink!

I would be extra cautious with a sawblade endorsed by the devil.

I have only ever used the waterbased contact cement.  It says H20 on the bucket.

It has a subtle aroma that I find quite pleasing.

That devil blade freagin worked tooo!  IT cuts so smooth, I think it actually makes my table saw quieter.  Its like "whiiiiissssssshhhh" now as opposed to a buzz.

I was worried about the four player panel and those compound angles at the front.  How can it slope toward the center at 22.5 degrees and slope down towards the front at 4.75 degrees?

Thats why I threw it on the table saw to let the devil blade figure it out.

I find that those blades (like most things endorsed by the devil  ) are quite pleasurable to use.  Nice looking panels, what are they for?  Is it a project for somebody else or are you just making something for the sake of making it again and then selling it?

Amazing job!  What kind of joysticks are going in there?  Are you putting in two 8-ways and a 4-way up top?  Just curious - I'm in the beginning stages of making a 2P panel and I'm thinking about using two U360s and getting rid of the dedicated 4-way.  The only problem (from a purely aesthetic perspective) is the lonely spinner above the trackball...

I'll shed a little light on the project(s).

These are for me, and I'll be building three cabinets with my brother. One is for my boss' personal use, another is for my brother's home, and the 4-player panel is for the office.

I don't work with the most picky arcade gamers (most of them like PC and console stuff), so I'm just keeping things simple. With all three panels I'm going to be using Happs joysticks (Supers and Competitions), standard pushbuttons, Happs 3" trackballs, and TurboTwist spinners. I don't think anybody besides myself would even appreciate the inclusion of a true 4-way stick, so I just decided to go without it to avoid confusion and clutter.

Timoe's work looks great, and I can't wait to get everything in hand so I can start wiring things up. The 4-player panel is going to be used with a 27" monitor, so it should be perfect. The 2-player panels will most likely be using PC monitors or TV sets, but we don't have those ready to go yet.
