How to get rounded corners on Control Panel

I am in the process of building up my arcade I am building the control panel. I have a router and router tool piece set but have no woodworking skills and have never used one of these things before. I have provided a picture of what I want to achieve which is a rounded edge on the 4 corners of the C/P.

I trace out the corner using a round flat object (lid, tuna can, whatever), cut it with a jigsaw and smooth it with a sander.

What Lew said or if you want your corners to be uniform in size and shape make a single corner template and use your router and flush trim bit to trim each corner with the template.

If your control panel is to be MDF then use lew's method. MDF sands very easily so getting the corners to the desired radius would only take a few minutes.

Probably goes without saying, but do a practice run or two before you go after your CP.   :cheers:
