Emutron lists
« on: April 15, 2003, 03:54:20 pm »
Hi,

I installed emutron. Ran the config as in docs. I exported my list (john.lst) to the list folder. This list does not show up when I run emutron. Just the default lists that it came with.

What am I doing wrong.

Thanks

John

Yes, you can add / remove any files from the catagorys.lst file you want. The dat files are created automatically by EmuTron to maintain the positions in the list. So if you launch a game and come back, or exit the program and reload it later, EmuTron remembers where you were in the list. Deleting them doesn't hurt.

All that did was change the name on the list. It did not change the contents of the list. ???

I believe that the catagorys.lst file is set up so there is 2 lines of text in the file for each list you want to include. The first line is the name of the catagory, The line after that is the name of the list file.
