Wanted to Buy - Original US SNES - Preferably unworking

Hi guys, I need a US SNES of the old style, I would prefer it to not work as I am gonna tear it apart.  I would be willing to pay about $5 plus shipping, if you want to negotiate, I may be up for it depending on if you have any extras.
Other things I am interested in getting are:
SNES Power Supply
SNES A/V Cable (the one shared by SNES, N64, GC)
2x SNES Contollers
2x SNES Advantages
Gamebit for SNES
2x NES Controllers
2x NES Controller ports (Can be from an NES, 4-Way, extension cords, whatever)
2x SNES to USB adapters (preferably just the chip)

I can pay through Paypal or with a Money Order (MO is actually preferred right now)  I do not have a lot of cash right now, so even if you have all of this I won't be able to buy it all, only some of it.

I will not expect shipment until after payment is received, I will expect Delivery Confirmation for both our sakes.
