need some MKII control panel art

I'm restoring a MKII machine and am looking for a few of the dedicated art pieces.  The one I need most is the piece that goes on the front of the control panel box.  It has two dragon logos and says "MKII" between them.  There is some lightning in the background and everything is on top of a horizontal red stripe that goes across the entire piece.

Also am looking for a high resolution image of the control panel overlay.  I want to redesign the button layout but keep the factory overlay, so some photoshop work will be required.  It would be easier if somebody could provide an image to work from rather than scanning my own CP in bits and pieces...  If I do have to scan it myself, some tips would be appreciated!

Much lower on the priority list is the art for the side of the control box.  They're black pieces that say "MIDWAY" on them in red.  They're very simple pieces, so I could probably strip them and use paint to stencil it on there, but I would rather use the adhesive vinyl.

If anybody has any of these, please let me know!
