Using Set Switch (Defender)
« on: February 21, 2007, 12:26:18 pm »
Can someone clue me in on this? I'm trying to change some of the defaults on Defender. When I hit F2 and enter the config, I can't get past the first screen. I looked at all the key mappings, and Auto Up (whatever that is) is set to F2, and the Advance and Service switches are set to the + and - on the keypad in the Defender config and also there are service switches set to Z and 9 in the general MAME settings. It seems like no matter what combination of those keys I hit, nothing happens.

What am I missing?

I just tried it.  F2 steps thru each option, and 9 thru the choices in each option.

I must have something goofed up in my options, as F2 does nothing. The way you're stating it was exactly how I understood it to work, but its not happening for me.

Thanks for checking and at least getting me on the right track.
