Let me see if I can help.

Probably the best way is to use the KeyWiz board as a template to mark where the holes will go.  Then set the board safely aside and use a very small drill bit (half the diameter of the screws) to make pilot holes.  You can also just pre-screw the screws into the wood and back them out again. However, depending on the material, this may create a hump around the hole that might make it more difficult to keep the standoff in place.

Now, you can use anything mildly sticky to put around your pilot holes.  It just has to hold the standoffs in place for a second while you position the board onto them.  Then just screw the screws in through the KeyWiz board and you're done!

Thanks Leapin Thanks Randy.  You guys are always so helpful.  Leapin Also don't worry man I am working on my Arcade pretty much every other day.  I am trying to also do some things on the PC side.  I need to get a good HOD2 ahk script (for one button esc access), and still need to set Daphne to work in mamewah plus need to get screenshots of some of my PC games and American Laser Games.
