Ha, I wish I knew. So, I have this basic html file. And I'm so confused. What do I have to do to get this up on the web?

You need a host of some kind.
There are paid ones (such as lunarpages or made2own), then there are free ones such as angelfire or geocities.
Check with your ISP as many ISPs offer like 10-15 MB for personal web page storage.

Thanks a bunch, my ISP (verizon) lets me have 5-10 megs. I now have my webpage up and running!
