major graphics errors

i have a jamma system 11 namco pcb "Soul Edge"
boots up sound is excellent but the game has major graphical errors clitches ect at some points its hard to see the screen...

can anything easy be done to fix?
or another one for e-bay?

Check all pins on the board and clean the jamma conector, make sure that all legs are seated and no leg pins are rusted.  Also make sure that on your pcb there are no burn marks and loose solder connections. You can always try another board to verify your electronics are working correctly. Check your jamma pins too.
