Is this a good game for kids 7 and 10?

I've only played it once or twice myself but I'm buying it for my kids 7 and 5.  The first party bongoes are sturdy, it's a first party Nintendo game so you know the content is safe, and it's basically a game for slapping the crap out of some drums.

My guess is hell yes.

Yep, got mine yesterday   Thanks again for the heads up!  Heard on SlickDeals that K-mart had the bongos for $5 on clearance, if you're looking for a couple more controllers. No K-marts near me

Yeah it is, pretty fun. I had it way back when, traded it in though. Heres a list of other beat like games.

-DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) - Amazing, I'm an addict, and a good thing. It keeps me in shape.
-Beatmania - Its pretty close to Donkey Konga, but a little more complex. Never played it though.
-Pump It Up - The reverse of DDR, still an awesome game, and cheap. You'll see it in arcades alot more.
-Guitar Hero - Kind of like Donkey Conga, just with a guitar, with strumming. Awesome game, loads of fun.

My kids are getting a kick out of the new bongos and games - thanks again for the heads up! They're doing it again for anyone who wants in - $20 online, $10 in store.
