DOS MAME settings for fast/slow PCs

Hello from Maine,

I am making my own version of Fraggal's boot CD, it does everything automatically - even configuring mame.cfg to suit a fast or slow computer.

So I need to know what settings are good for a fast or slow computer. Here is what I have so far:

Slow PC:
11025 audio sample rate
320X240 resolution

Fast PC:
triple buffering
44100 sample rate

What am I missing?
