On my monitor, I got it from Closeouts, I live in Conn. so I just went to LI to pick it up myself. If you've been following the eygo threads you'll understand why. He has 2 27" eygos left and a few brand new WG VGA monitors for I think $350. The monitor I got was refurbed and it's quite clean and looks brand new.
Anyway, it has six monitor adjustments on a ribbon cable as a wired remote. The pot for the vertical size was maxed out, so I did a little research and found out that there are many pots for adjustment all over the main board and neckboard. Without a manual or schematics it is trial and error to find the right pot. With the monitor on, (use a plastic srewdriver and always be aware of where your arm is or else you will get zapped.) I placed a mirror in front of the monitor so that I could view it while working in the rear. I made a big panel in the back of my cab that comes off for just this purpose. Working methodically I turned each one to see what they would do. Turning them back to their original position when they weren't the one that I was looking for. I found the pot I needed after a I tried a few. Adjusted it and now its perfect. Windows looks great and more importantly so do the games. I'll post a pic when I get a digital camera (soon). For a 27" monitor that doesn't look like a computer monitor at all, you can't beat $175, well maybe you can but this is the option that I wanted to go with.
