Heh. I have such big lapses between work times on my projects that I use these threads as my own notes... so great to know people follow, but I'm also aware I go into huge amount of detail.

hehe, I use the project threads the same way - for notes.

Some RGP research on those tiny bulbs turns up this.
--- Quote ---Original part was 7268 5V .125A .25(Candle Power) 5000(Hours of life)
I now use part 7715 5V .115A .15(Candle Power) 40000(Hours of life)
8 times longer life than 7268 bulb and the difference in brightness is
almost none. I have been using these for 2 years and have not had one
go out yet.

Wonder how something like the MagLite bulbs would work for that?
Not sure about brightness or longevity, but you can find them just about anywhere.

Might work... I'll keep an eye out for them. That Xmas bulb did burn out pretty quickly.
ChadTower:
Ironically, last night I had to tweak the left lane entry switch and the battlefield drop target switch is probably out of alignment too. I'll have to look at that tonight. Last night I put up nearly a billion points just by defeating the battlefield over and over. I'll have to clear the high scores once I get that fixed.
This probably isn't a long term keeper for me but considering I got it for less than free in the long run we're enjoying it. ;D
ChadTower:
Can't say anyone at our house has encountered that over the course of hundreds of games.
