Dedicated MK Artwork
« on: June 26, 2006, 12:03:20 pm »
Hey Guys, I know a lot of people ( including myself ) have been dying to get Dedicated MK Artwork...and not that damn Half-Medallion Conversion Art. ( dont get me started on this crap )

I know theres been a few topics ( now Dead ) about trying to Vector this or make prints of this and its never been completed. Well, I thought I'd try and help out in the cause ( because I really, really want it ) ;)

Heres what I plan to do:

1. I've arranged at the Local Arcade to have an MK1 ( which was sandwhiched between an MK2 and Tekken ) to be wheeled out so that I can take pics of it, in the highest resolution camera I have: 4 Megapixel. It takes pretty decent shots so I kinda have to roll w/ the punches on that.

2. Then I'm to going to photoshop the files, touch them up and try and bring them to size ( I'm actually horrible with PS but my friend Mikey is awsome with it )

If anyone is interested in this project, let me know.      If you would like to contribute in editing the files or vectoring, I'll send or post the files for you :)

I'll keep you posted on the progress,  Thanks for your time.

Good luck, although I think the cab for MK II is much cooler.

better than photos, if you can bring a laptop and a small scanner it will be easier for you to assemble the whole puzzle.

regarding tracing this, forget it it will be a real nigthmare.
I'm on the planning stage

Will do man, I just went for the first shoot w/ a 4 Megapixel camera. The shoot went ok but its not enough.

Anywho ; )   I have another shoot planned -  this time w/ an 8 Megapixel that will hopefully be enough lol.

I'm bringing a friend of mine who does photography on the side to make sure everything is perfect. I'll post pics as soon as I can.

Keep fightin the good fight :)         - Joe
