Metropolis Cabinet now in production
« on: July 20, 2006, 04:14:42 am »
After a lot of research and waiting for the cash to come in, my cabinet shall begin construction soon!  I have a design for it to basicly be 3 parts.  1 being the control panel, the other two being the base with the computer, and the third part being the moniter itself.  This will allow for it to be easily modded later on if I wanted to change out the panel, or have a bigger screen/etc.  I have my plans mostly on paper, but I will upload them sometime soonish :D  Pictures also to follow!

Not based upon that, but it will have art that caters to cities, and etc.  I have some people locally helping me out with the artwork, and to them I offer many thanks.  We're still not sure of how we want the theme to look, but I want the cabinet to live up to the name I'm giving it.  :D  As soon as I know what's going down art wise I'll post some images of that.  I plan on making this cab pretty open source, so to speak,so all of theplansand etc shouldbe up online soonish.  Accepting that the artist is okay that that of course!
