Bracket for agp and pci cards:
This is for those of us who have to (or just prefer to) mount computer components directly in the cabinet without a computer case. I stole this idea from johnnyz and although it is not completely necessary it adds a nice touch. Take a length of aluminum flat bar, make a few bends, drill a few holes and you've got a nice support for those cards that would otherwise be rather floppy. If you have access to a machine shop for bending great! If you don't, no worries, aluminum that is 1/8" or less thick bends without too much trouble. Just clamp it in a vice where it needs to be bent and strike it with a hammer near the vice while pulling the aluminum flat bar in the direction of the bend. For the holes that hold down the cards, use a bit just slightly smaller than the threads of the screws you want to use. The aluminum is soft enough that the screws will make their own threads the first time you screw it in.
