RGB Volcano Clear Lens Casting

fill the cone with wax to create the mold, cast new mold as usual, viola, solid cast cone..now drill and tap after it's cast, and bobs yer uncle..

That would work, but it would be difficult to tap because of the small size and the fact that the threads do not go all the way through and have a lip over the top.
The thing is that other people have made Aluminite reproduction cones and they just don't look all that great.
What I'd like to see are some anodized aluminum reproductions.
