I keep wondering why you always say Nintento are ass/bum rapists. When in fact they only analy raped me on 3 occasions.
Let me clear up something else for you my dear sir. Nintendo makes Nintendo games, Sony makes Sony games, Microsoft makes Microsoft games. These are called "First Party". Nintendo includes all the games you have previously mentioned like Mario, Zelda, Metroid and countless others. Sony makes Jak and Daxter, Ratchet and Clank, Gran Turismo, and a few others. Microsoft - well I'm not going to get into them because this thread only seems to deal with Nintendo and Sony.
Now we have something called "Third Party". These are the Konami's, Namco's, Capcom's, Square-Enix's, EA's, Activision's and more. They release games for damn near every console depending on different factors.
Now lets compare the differences of the 2. You say that Nintendo only releases the same Mario game over and over. Well guess what? There have been 6 Jak and Daxter games in the last 5 years alone. There have been 4 (i think) Ratchet and Clanks, 4 Gran Turismos. And that's just Sony. Let me spell it out for you - they are doing the exact same thing Nintendo is doing! Release the same games over and over! Now lets look at the third party developers. Firstly - your beloved Konami - makers of Metal Gear Solid (what started this entire argument if I recall). They have released at least 10 that I can think of off the top of my head Metal Gear games. That's essentially the SAME GAME OVER AND OVER - or as we in the adult world call "sequels". Every publisher on that list above is guilty of it to a massive degree. Capcom? Just take a look at how many Megaman games there are. EA? New sports games every year exactly like the year before it. S-E? Ever heard of Final Fantasy? Yes they are up to 13, but count in all the remakes, handheld ports and everything and I would bet that they are hovering around 100 different Final Fantasy iterations. Take-Two? How many GTA's have they released in the last 5 years? Nobody is above sequels.
You starting to see the error in your ways? I doubt it. That would take an attention span of more than 3 seconds. And judging by your posts, I would say yours only goes to 2.
