Whats the best way to have mame in vertical monitor

Hello , i have and old pacman cab, i took off the monitor and decide to use a tv monitor with my nvidea card on it, and i was just wondering if anyone have found the best way to set'up mame to work in a vertical monitor and thats including a fe.... thanks...

Well first I need to warn you.... arcade monitors generally can be rotated without picture distortion.  This isn't the case with tvs.... you need to get the tv in the angle and orientation you intend to use it and let it set the way overnight to check for distortion.

I see that my envidia car has an option to rotate the desktop... let me give, it a try and see how it works, also gameex fe can be set up too work and 90 dergrees... so i think that will be better....
