Router Diameter for the following???

I've had great luck with Rockler. http://www.rockler.com/product.cfm?page=6401 . Their router table is awesome, really solid, great attention to detail. They have an add on for their Forstner bits (pictured below) that will help you get nice straight holes as well without a drill press. I think some of the more expensive bits are Carbon. Not sure how quick the steel ones dull cutting through MDF and Laminate.
Don't forget a 3/32 slot cut bit if you plan to apply T-molding (you won't find that one at Home Depot).

I would use a 1/16 bit. The 3/32 will be too big unless you want to glue the t-molding in and not just tack it in.

Ok cheers guys, what about if i wanted to add plexiglass to my 1/2 " MDF CP, what size would i need for that so the T-Molding would be flush with the top of the plexi?
