Need monitor repair around chattanooga area

I've got a 33 inch hantarex monitor that I would love to save but I can't figure out what is wrong with it.  I really want to get it fixed but every place I called around here doesn't do arcade monitors (tv repair shops) I was wondering if anybody knew of any place around the chattanooga area.  If its somebody that I can really trust to fix it I might be willing to drive to Atlanta, Knoxville, or Nashville.  I'm paying the going rate and everything I just want this thing fixed so I can continue building my cabinet.

something is loose.  You push down this black box just the right way and it'll work fine (come on) otherwise it doesn't or anything.  We looked and couldn't find any solder points that looked bad or anything.

Its a hantarex polo 33inch

this pic here where the cord that goes to the monitor hits is where the problem is (that small black looking box).  You push that around and hit the sweet spot it comes on.   But that area is very small

Defineately still sounds like a bad solder joint..... some are just hard to see.

Pull the chassis out of the metal frame and flip it over.
DE-solder and RE-solder everything around the flyback (black box).
Including and large ceramic resistors , etc.
Check all the cable connector pins as well while you're at it.

Be sure to dis-charge the RED lead from the flyback going to the monitor tube FIRST if you plan to disconnect it from the tube.

Keep us informed on the progress and what you find.

Sorry to thread-jack.  I've got a hantarex polo 25" that's shooting sparks out the back of the monitor.  Any suggestions on how I go about diagnosing the problem without making the problem worse, or electrocuting myself.  I haven't plugged in the game in a couple years, but I'm interested in getting my MAME cabinent back up any running.  Thanks in advance!

Where on the monitor were the sparks coming from ?
Around the neckboard and glass tube?
The High Voltage (usually red) lead going to the tube?

Narrow it down a bit.....
