how many buttons do you need to play this game to it's fullest? With 6 buttons I'm not going to be missing any features am I?
Space Fractal:
You can try the game, and download the Lego Starwars demo. I remember it diddent use more than 6 buttons.

You'll miss nothing and the game looses nothing since by default its configured to run just using a few keyboard controls.
(Plus you can easily remap all the controls in the setup)
I agree this one is great!
I've had many people over and they play a few arcade games and they think it's cool. Then one of my kids yells, "When can I play Lego Star Wars".
Once it fires up that's when I get the most "oohs" and "ahhs" and "this is cool" comments.
Sadly yes, it requires a video card that can run the full features of DirectX9.
(I had an older video card in my cab computer and swapped it out for the sole purpose of running Lego Star Wars).
Just my $0.02 worth.
