Help me name this game

You are a ninja with a sword and throwing stars. You can jump insanely high and block thrown stars with your sword. The first level is in a dark forest, you start on the ground but you can jump up into the trees and from tree to tree to complete the level. The second has you climbing a tower, you start on the ground beside a river, then you start climbing the tower by jumping from one level to the next.  I always confuse this game with Ninja Spirit and its definately supported in MAME. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
