Soldering problem on Wells board....

I am currently looking for bad solder joints on my 27in Wells board and I have found some. It seems that alot are beaded up and not really attatched to the board. The little silver base (that is attatched to the boards itself) that  you solder on is not there. So i can not solder onto some of these joints. Here is a picture to show you what I mean. Please give me advice on what I can do.

What i have had to do in the past with this problem is make my own track using componant legs,it should be quite obvious where the original track should have been so just follow that-if your not sure get a schematic of your chassis first so you can make sure your following the correct tracks by comparing the componants to the circuit board-whats your fault on the chassis?

So what you are saying is that you would solder the capicitor's leg to the actual track of the circuit. Is that correct? How would i do this?

using a very sharp blade scratch off the laquer on the track revealing the metal and just solder on to that,ive done this countless times-you should see what happens to a pentranic monitor when the frame chip frys,there is nothing left of the track just a big burn mark.

just seen your previous post,your running your monitor from pc-looks a sinc or frequency fault to me,i know years back there was something about wells gardner and sinc-there were different ways to wire the sinc up,how many pins on your rgb input plug?

6 (rgb vsync, hsync (comp)
I have both syncs wired up to the hsync (comp)

See it was working fine, then it suddenly went out like this. Any clues to where I could start?

i have still yet to get anywhere, i just spent about 2 hours working on it again, still same results   i know its the sync but i have absoltutely no clue what is wrong.
