Name that game

I have a girlfriend (Well she's a girl, and a friend, but that's it) and she's looking for a couple of games.  The one I think we have the name right (make Trax) where you are a paint brush, and paint these paths, but some critter (I think a cat) comes and puts tracks where you painted.

the second one we can't remember the name at all.  You have to shove these ice blocks around, and there are penguins in the game as well.  I didn't play this one much, but do recall it.  I can't remember if you are supposed to trap the penguins or what, but if someone thinks they know what game this is, that would be great.
