The guy who named the video made a mistake. Gates did say that was the reason we are not shipping Windows 98 yet.

ah, that makes sense. i actually remember this on the news when it happened and recalled it being win98. i wasnt really involved with pcs when win95 so i wouldnt have noticed it...
