Sad news to those of you who watch The West Wing
« on: December 16, 2005, 06:37:11 pm »
John Spencer, who played Leo McGarry on The West Wing, has died of a heart attack at the age of 58. He was one of the few characters I still liked. Not watching that anymore.

He HAD a heart attack in the show, no?

Bummer.  He was awesome in WW and LA Law.

But, I too tuned out of West Wing.  Too much mrc there.

I think maybe liberals rub one out to that show.

Yeah, he was one of our favorites too.
Please forgive the sick twist of thought, but who will be Santos's running mate then?

I've only watched the re-runs they play late at night here, and then only if I can't find anything better to watch.  I heard the guy who played "Leo" died.  Shows how much I paid attention.  I thought Leo was the short guy with the beard who was going bald.

no, no.  The bald guy with the beard is king of all liberals.  He leaked military secrets that the USA had some kick ass space shuttle because he felt "sorry" for the nations that didn't have it.  Last I watched (this year), he was probably going to jail.

I think the bald guy (Toby), is mrc with more hair.  Certainly he can't have more FEELINGS than mrc.  He has a lock on all feelings.

Unfortunately, I was thinking the same thing. My guess would be either Toby or CJ

CJ would rock.

I somehow don't think that Toby did it by the way. I think that he was the fall guy for someone else.

Gonna miss Leo. Good guy :-[
