Replace WG 19K6602 with another 19" monitor

I've been trying to set up a MAME cabinet for my brother, but I haven't been able to get the monitor to run @640x480 as required by ArcadeOS (for best appearance) and Apparently AdvanceMenu (in order to see anything at all - see my other posts in this forum and in the software forum).  

Can anyone give me an idea of what it would cost to replace a Wells-Gardner 19K7602 with a more capable 19" monitor?  I don't need the old monitor, so I would be willing to offer it in trade.  Is there anyone close to Downintown, PA who'd be willing to do this?
