Entron ET-999A frequencies???
« on: November 08, 2005, 01:47:17 am »
Wondering if anyone out there knows the frequencies for an Entron ET-999A monitor? Trying to set it up with advance mame and haven't had any luck with any of the default settings.  It only has one sync wire so have joined to both pin 13 and 14 on the D15 plug is this the right thing to do? Any ideas? - Thanks.

I got one of those (The chassis anyway). Running a Toshiba monitor on it using an arcadeVGA. I didn't join the wires because the video amp does that for me but joining the wires should be OK.

EDIT: Joining the wires is definitely OK.
Now in a tasty new flavour.

Meh.

I'm using the ArcadeVGA which is a Radeon 7200(?). I think the Rage128 is it's younger brother but don't quote me on that.  :-\

I used to have a Rage 128 in my PC for a little while and had no end of problems with it. I switched to a 3D Labs card for the PC which is absolutely shocking for games.

In the cab though, the ATI is tops.
