Sounds like you've resolved your ETA question, so mebbe a bit late for me to chime in but....
In my experience Scott at Mamemarquees is extraordinarily conscientious about color matching and image quality. He will spend huge amounts of time calibrating profiles and tweaking until everything comes out as good as possible.
This process can be extremely tedious, I would imagine this would be especially true since the files he gets come from all over the place (from the standpoint of platform, color gamut, applications used to create the art etc...). Color shifting from display to print is inevitable, especially in the luminant blues that are so popular in this hobby, so I'm sure Scott has a lot more work to do than select a profile and hit print.
In other words, I'm sure he's busy. But it's all worth the wait. I just got some of my project artwork back from mamemarquees and I am absolutely floored by the quality.
