The trick with aliens is that they make you believe you hadn't been abducted by rewritting stuff into your mind.

they are highly advanced in their photoshop skills to support what they wrote into your mind.

I only wish I had found that alien abduction manual early to prevent the tramatic experience that you don't remember.

Hmmmm......

That might explain the sudden growth of this extra testicle that makes a strange buzzing sound and glows in the dark.

I just thought it was a side effect of being relaxed and nicotine free.

4 days of freezing fog here keeping the temperature at around -1

village about 5 miles away has been escaping the fog and staying well above freezing.

The general area is known as Port Stephens but the name of the place is Nelson Bay. It is 2-1/2 hours north of Sydney which makes it close enough to visit every weekend.

As a younger bloke I would go camping there quite a few times per year, my wife and I also spent an enormous amount of time there before the kids. It is a very nice place and I have considered more than once selling my Sydney home and moving there.

But.......

I would find it impossible to find suitable work in the local area and if I had to travel for 3-4 hours per day for employment this would erode the lifestyle that would motivate such a move.

This picture shows the mainland heads. To the left is Yacabah and on the right is Tomaree. Apparently the heads are supposed to resemble some part of Jamaica or something...

There is nothing subtle to say about Melbourne's weather, it is a global fact that the weather in Melbourne fiercely sucks big hairy donkey balls. But at least you have trams.

I've never been on such a vacation. When I was a kid, when we had any time off, we just went deeper into the woods.
