StarWars Battlefront II Comes out Today! whos picking up?

Id like to paly the PC version, i didnt get a chance to try out the SW Galaxies Expansion where you could dogfight so this might be the next best thing. I might pick it up if i find a good deal on the pc version.

It is every bit as much fun as the first and with many different worlds / campaigns. Getting to play as Windu, Darth Maul, Vader, and Grevious is pretty cool as well. I havent played long enough to get to use Yoda, etc... but it is still pretty freakin cool especially if you are a Star Wars nut.

good tip if you do, get ROTW expansion comes with both expansions
StarWars Galaxies is my Favorite PC game of all time, well most of the time...

if you get it for PS2 and do not play it online you'll be missing out on some great stuff... other than that the Xbox version is just  so satisfying...

i have it and its okay.  ai still is lacking-yeah i said it- levels are the same and heard it lags on live or any online play

ai-wow, still doesnt spawn at the right places and in space battles i rarely see my team dogfighting
levels-space battles was a great idea but another hoth, naboo, and endor wtf
lagging is expected but dont really need online when you have bots.
the best class for the clones is the minigun trooper

good game though cant go wrong with star wars and lots of killing,  yeah lots of senseless killing

Playing Hunt on Naboo, Endor and Hoth is fun. You can't go wrong when you can kill Wampas, Ewoks, and Gungans. We can kill ewoks for hours and not get board. Although Being a Sand Person and killing Jawas is fun too.

I've noticed that SW:BF II is rated T for Teen because of Mild Language and Violence. 

What exactly is the problem with the language in the game?  I can handle the violence for the kids but trying to keep bad language down to the minimum.

I'm considering getting it and getting some friends from work to get together. 

Seems like it might be a good game to play with a few friends in co-op.  But I'm wondering if there is also good PvP part.  But playing a few jedi going at it might be fun

I can not play online but I am now at the death star and I am wishing this chair had some more padding.

online is great... especially on Xbox live... ive had like close to no lag... and playing as jedi makes the game so entertaining.. and of course the wacky star wars battles you can have with assault.. like Jango Vs Yoda... and the emperor vs chewie... lmao...

makes yoda look like a ragdoll after jango/boba sneak up behind him and blow him away... good times good times...

Ewok Hunting, the greatest sport in the galaxy...
