I attempted to do the PSOne hack that has been mentioned here on the boards.  I'll be honest, it didn't work, and I don't know how to get it to work.  Would someone be willing to do the hack for me for a nominal fee?  I would be willing to give you one of the LCD's if you would do the labor.  I could go with the composite hookup, but what is the fun in that? :)

I must not of had the LCD grounded properly or something.  I believe my soldering was okay, so I can't waste anymore time on this.  If anyone is interested, here is a link to the hack:
