I noticed you didnt include porn on your "list".

What the hell are you supposed to do while waiting for rescue workers???

My kit doesn't have porn.

It has whores.  Whores and Ale.

Bitten by the cabinet bug... obsessing ever since.

This list of items for a 72 hour kit was compliled by a Mormon.

I would tend to agree.  And I was a Mormon for about the first 15-16 years of my life.

If any of them are right I hope it's the Mormons.  Everybody goes to heaven.  Hitler goes to heaven.  You could probably count the number of people from the beginning of mandkind on one hand who could even conceivably go to hell.

Now if the Baptists are right, well.....it's all fire and brimstone for me.

Trust me, I know all that.  Also trust me that I'm right.  Outer darkness is the Mormon's hell and it is nearly impossible to get into.  When I say nearly impossible I mean that most people couldn't get in no matter how badly they wanted to.

Equipment

    * Can Opener (the "turn the handle" kind)
    * Dishes/Utensils
    * Shovel
    * Crank Radio (requires no batteries, just turn the crank for power)
    * Pen and Paper
    * Axe
    * Pocket Knife
    * Rope

If I need a shovel and an axe, you can be damn sure I'm also going to have at least one gun. A rifle if you live in the United States, a very concealable pistol if you live outside the US... say New Jersey, Maryland or California.  ;)

Wow...a practicing mormon.  And I thought you were just yakking.  You say that, but in 100 trillion years you won't even remember them anymore :)  People just don't seem to realize how long eternity is.

...anyway, your founder, Joe Smith, was shown the lowest level of heaven in a vision (this is where Hitler is) and he said that it is so amazing that anyone who saw it would kill themselves just to get there (presumably that did not apply to him as he did not, in fact, commit suicide).

Frankly, I'm pretty happy with living in America so I will reitterate:  If anyone is right, I hope it's the Mormons.
